My fitness journey WEEK 2

My mind is all about getting in the gym and working out. But my body didn't follow this week. I only got in the gym 1 time so far, gonna try and double up on Sunday and single sometime on Saturday to meet my four times this week.

Eating was a challenge this week with so much going on in my life. I reached for comfort food more than I would have liked. Maybe the time of the month had something to do with it.

Whatever, im going to get committed next week. I want a Banging Body By summer.

arleana fitness Journey to weight loss


DAY ONE. Not completely confident. But I'm there!
I've finally had enough. The desire to feel fabulous, be fit and proud of my presenting self is at a all time high. I've hit the gym 3 times this week so far. My goal is to work out 4 times a week with my trainer and 2 times a week on my own. Stay tuned. I'm going to be honest and transparent. This will be my accountability partner. #fatiswack
